A variety of techniques may be incorporated during treatment- either at the therapists discretion or by client request. These techniques include cupping, IASTM (muscle scraping), kinesio-taping, myofascial release, functional muscle release (FMR), PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, and scar tissue release.

How Long Do Cupping Marks Last?
Cupping marks vary in how long they last, typically fading within 2-14 days. Several factors can affect their intensity and duration, including skin sensitivity, intensity of the suction, how long the cups are applied, area of the body treated, and your circulation and healing speed. Everybody's body responds differently.
The bruises are not caused by trauma, but rather the result of suction drawing blood to the surface. To help them fade more quickly, stay hydrated, avoid intense showers right after treatment, limit alcohol and caffeine, and engage in gentle movement following the session.
